Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspButter
  2. 1 largeShallot, finely diced
  3. 3 cloveGarlic, minced
  4. 1/2 cupJim Beam bourbon
  5. 2/3 cupBrown sugar
  6. 1/3 cupHoney
  7. 1 eachJalapeno pepper, finely diced OR 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  8. 1 cupThai sweet chili sauce
  9. 1/2 cupPrepared barbecue sauce
  10. 1/3 cupBuffalo wing sauce, I use Frank's brand

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a large sauce pan.

  2. 2

    Add the shallot & garlic. Saute for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the bourbon, brown sugar, and honey. Cook and stir at a boil for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  5. 5

    Toss with chicken wings and enjoy!!!
