3 mediumcucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 mediumonion, sliced and separated into rings
3 mediumtomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cupvinegar
1/4 cupsugar
1 cupwater
2 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1/4 cupoil

This was fantastic! I used olive oil in the mix. Delicious! It would make a great salad dressing.
