  1. 1 lbGround beef
  2. 1 lbPork sausage
  3. 1 lbVelveeta cheese
  4. 1 loafBeefsteak hearty rye bread

  1. 1

    Brown together beef and pork sausage. Drain off grease.

  2. 2

    Melt cheese into the meat.

  3. 3

    Lay out bread on cookie sheets.

  4. 4

    Spread meat mix onto the bread.

  5. 5

    Bake at 375* for 10 minutes to give it a little crisp.
