Cook ground beef in skillet with garlic, season salt, and pepper to taste

Drain fat from beef

Dice the onion and bell pepper to desired size

Add bell pepper diced onion and can of stewed tomatoes with juice and can of kidney beans with juice to a saucepan

Use your hands to squish, shred and crush up the whole tomatoes while in the saucepan in the juice that way they don't squirt you. Then add your ground beef

While mixing these ingredients add garlic and sweetener to taste

Turn heat on medium until to boil, when it comes to a boil turn heat on low and let simmer for around 20 minutes or until onions and bell pepper are tender

This is a good time to boil your noodles. Get a saucepan , fill with water and salt to the taste of the sea, and boil your water. Add your desired amount of noodles to the water and cook to instruction of the package

When the noodles are cooked al dente and they should be ready for you to drain and this to you should be ready to eat, just simply pour a bowl of stew and noodles together and enjoy

You can also add more sweetener to your individual bowl if desired
