3 tbspmustard
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/4 cupsliced almonds (toasted)
3 slicesalmon filet

Grease tin foil.

Mix first four ingredients. Pour over salmon.

Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle almonds and bake another 15 minutes.
