1/3 cuphot sauce
1/2 stickmelted unsalted butter
1 tbsphoney (optional)
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast (1/2in strips)
salt and pepper
1/3 cupall-purpose flour
1/4 cupvegetable oil

Mix hot sauce, butter and honey (optional)

Coat chicken with flour.

Heat oil in large pan. Add half the chicken. Sauté til brown. Repeat.

Transfer to hot sauce mix. Coat completely
