Tasty warming winter comfort soup with cabbage, sausages and potatoes. It takes short time to make it.

Very easy to make and a satisfying winter meal! However next time I make this I will add a tin of baked beans as well as using garlic bread rather than plain bread.

My parents used to cook this soup when I was growing up and I have fond memories of waking into the house after school and smelling the soup cooking right when I walked in. The smell was so strong and unique that I knew exactly what was cooking and it always made me happy.
