Ingredients

  1. 1 canLeite condensado (ou um pouco mais q isso)
  2. 1 canCreme de leite sem soro (ou um pouco mais q isso)
  3. 3/4 cupSuco concentrado de maracujá (maguary)
  4. Cobertura
  5. 1/2 cupÁgua
  6. 1 cupAçúcar refinado
  7. 1/2 cupSuco de maracujá
  8. 2 tbspAmido de milho
  9. 1Sementes de 1 maracujá
  10. Chantilly
  11. 1/2 literCreme de leite sem soro
  12. 3 tbspAçúcar
  13. Montagem
  14. 1 packagesBiscoito Maizena ou champanhe
  15. 1Barra de chocolate meio amargo

Steps

  1. 1

    Creme-mousse: misture o creme de leite e o leite condensado e só depois o suco. Deixe descansar na geladeira por 40min.

  2. 2

    Cobertura: levar ao fogo a água e o açúcar, depois o suco já misturado com o amido de milho. Mexer até virar uma calda. Depois de desligar, acrescente as sementes.

  3. 3

    Chantilly: bata tudo na batedeira até formar um chantilly. Cuidado para não bater tanto a ponto de virar manteiga.

  4. 4

    Montagem: em um refratário, coloque o chantilly + biscoitos (com espaço de um dedo entre eles) + mousse-creme + chocolate. Repita as camadas e termine com a calda.
