Ingredients

  1. 2 cupRaw rice
  2. 1 cupChopped green onions
  3. 1/3 cupChopped parsley
  4. 1/4 cupOil
  5. 1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  6. 2/3 cupChopped bell pepper
  7. 1/4 tspSalt
  8. 1/4 tspPepper
  9. 4 cupHOT water
  10. 6Chicken bouillon cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice. Combine all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Put into a 2 quart, tightly covered casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Bake without stirring for 45 minutes in a 350°F oven.

  4. 4

    Let it sit for a few minutes, as seasoning stays on top.
