Ingredients

  • 2 cupRaw rice
  • 1 cupChopped green onions
  • 1/3 cupChopped parsley
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cupChopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • 4 cupHOT water
  • 6Chicken bouillon cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice. Combine all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Put into a 2 quart, tightly covered casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Bake without stirring for 45 minutes in a 350°F oven.

  4. 4

    Let it sit for a few minutes, as seasoning stays on top.
