Migas with Semolina Flour
Easier than it looks, inexpensive, and delicious.
Steps

Cook the sausage, green garlic, pork, and set aside. If using the same pot, remove the oil after cooking.

Pour the water and salt into the pot. Wait until it starts to bubble.

When the water is hot, gradually add the flour while stirring, and lower the heat to prevent the flour from burning.

Add the oil and use a spatula to break up the mixture into small crumbs, stirring until you reach the desired size.

When the crumbs are small, keep stirring gently without breaking them up further until cooked to your liking. When almost done, mix in the cooked meats and serve.
