mince meat and veggies well. add sauces and egg white. mix very well

put 1 tbsp. filling in wonton wrapper and seal edges. do this until filling is used up.

pan fry filled wontons in oil over med heat until nicely browned.

add 1/3 cup chicken stock to fry pan, cover and simmer on low heat 3 min. strain off juice and serve immediately.
