Add the garlic & sauté for 1 minute

Stir in the chicken & continue to cook for 3-4 minutes

Pour over the apple juice & stock and stir in the zucchini & sweet potato

Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes

Stir in the peas & continue to cook for 3 minutes

Stir in the basil

Blend until smooth
