  • 1 cupjowar ka ata
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 table spoonchhoppd almond
  • 1 table spoongond
  • 2 teaspooncaredom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ghee ko garam karke usme gond bhun lijiye ar fir badam bhi bhun lijiye. Ar alag rakh lijiye.

  2. 2

    Ab isme jowar ka ata dal kar bhuniye. jab ata ghee chhodne lahe tab flame off kar dijiye.

  3. 3

    Pani ar jaggery milakar paka lijiye jese hi ghul jaye ata mila dijiye ar gond, badam, caredom powder bhi dal dijiye.

  4. 4

    Ab thoda thoda mixcur hath m leke laddoo bandh lijiye.
