Ingredients

  • 1/2diced medium onion
  • 6 cupwater
  • 5carrots
  • 5 largepotatoes
  • 4celery sticks
  • 1 envelopeonion soup or crockpot stew mix
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 lbbeef

Steps

  1. 1

    Add beef, water, diced onion, envelope, and salt and pepper to crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Cut potatoes and carrots and add to crock pot. Continue to cook on low for an hour.

  3. 3

    Add cut celery into crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours.
