Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  1. 4red snapper fillets " or salmon can be substituted"
  2. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  3. 1 cloveof garlic minced
  4. 2 tbspchopped fresh dill weed or 1 tsp of dried
  5. 1/4 cuplow fat plain yogurt
  6. 1/4 cuplight sour cream
  7. 1 tbspchopped green onion
  8. 1/2 cupfinely chopped cucumber
  9. 1 pinchof pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    on a broiler pan place fillets skin side down

  2. 2

    brush with lemon juice and sprinkle garlic and dill evenly over fillets

  3. 3

    broil at 375* for twenty min or until fillets flake with a fork

  4. 4

    meanwhile in a small bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, onion and pepper mix well

  5. 5

    spreadover fillets and broil for a further 2 or 3 minites until sauce is hot

  6. 6

    makes 4 servings and is best served wit rce pilof and asparigus or green beans
