brush with lemon juice and sprinkle garlic and dill evenly over fillets

broil at 375* for twenty min or until fillets flake with a fork

meanwhile in a small bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, onion and pepper mix well

spreadover fillets and broil for a further 2 or 3 minites until sauce is hot

makes 4 servings and is best served wit rce pilof and asparigus or green beans
