1/2 cupdijon mustard
1/2 cupcrushed almonds
1 pinchof salt a the same of pepper

brush or rub chicken breasts with dijon mustrd covering all sides well
2

coat chicken with almonds al over sprinkle salt and peper over top and bake at 400* for 20 min or un till chicken is no longer pink in the middle
3

this recipe is great wit roasted sweet potatoes and asparigus
