2 cupsugar
1 1/2 cupoil
4eggs
2 cupflour
1 1/2 tspbaking soda
1 1/2 tspsalt
2 cupgrated carrots
1 can8.5 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cupcoconur
1 tspvanilla
2 tspcinnamon

Mix sugar and oil.

Add eggs and mix.

Then add all the other ingredients.

Pour into a 13x9 pan

Bake at 350º for 40-50 min.
