Rinse well

Fill your r vegetable steamer with water to your mark

Add ginger, lemon juice, Bay leaves, garlic cloves

Bring to boil

Reduce heat to simmer

Add your steamer and Artichoke

Put lid on

Simmer 30 to 55 minutes, until bottom is soft
