Heat oven to 430°F. Drizzle a little olive oil over the base of a baking dish, then place mushrooms

Drizzle with remaining oil and seasoning. Bakke for 15 minutes until soft, then remove from oven

Chop into small cubes and place inside mushroom caps. Crack one egg over each mushroom, on top of ham

Return to oven and cook at least 10 minutes until eggs are done to liking
