  2. 3 stickkale
  3. 1/2 cupblueberries
  4. 1tangerine or 1/2 large orange
  5. 1/2 cupcoconut milk or orange juice
  6. 2peeled bananas
  7. 1 tbspground flaxseed

    Blend kale, spinach, and coconut milk/orange juice

    Add blueberries, bananas, tangerine/orange, and flaxseed
