Ingredients

  1. 2bananas, over ripe
  2. 1/2 cupalmond butter
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/4 cupcoconut oil, me!ted
  5. 1 cupalmond meal or flour
  6. 3 tbspcoconut flour, measure after sifting
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/3 cupmini chocolate chips
  10. 1 ozdark chocolate (80%+)
  11. 1/2 tbspbutter, ghee, or coconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Grease 9x13 baking panp

  3. 3

    Peel bananas and mash with fork until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add eggs, coconut oil, almond butter, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly to form a batter

  5. 5

    Fold in chocolate chips

  6. 6

    Pour batter into prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly

  7. 7

    Bake for 17-18 minutes. Let cool. Cut in to squares

  8. 8

    For topping: melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Use a spoon to DRI,zle on cooled bars. Let harden or place in fridge to cool faster.
