Ragi and lentils vada
Ragi or finger millet or nachni is commonly used for weight loss purposes, if it is mixed with lentils then protein is also added to it, the same becomes complete food it can be had in any form such as dosa, chilla, uttapam, pakoda, vada etc. Only difference is in the consistency of the mix.

Steps

Soak all the daals and fenugreek seeds for 6 hours

Grind these in mixie with green chillies and ginger

Transfer to a bowl and now mix ragi flour, salt and all the masalas and keep it aside for one hour

You can make vadas by deep or shallow frying or by air frying or on non stick tawa. I preferred air frying

Grease your hands and make vada in the required size and shape from the batter

Preheat airfryer for 3 minutes and arrange vadas in greased basket

This will take around 10 minutes cooking on 180 degrees. Please do check in between

Serve with chutney of your choice
