  • 1 ltrMilk
  • 1/2 cupMakhana coarsely grind
  • to tasteSugar according
  • 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • as needed Chironji and makhana for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    1tbsp+1tsp ghee pan m garam kere makhane ko fry Kar roughly grind Kar le

  2. 2

    Rice ko wash kere aur pan 1tsp ghee dal ke rice ko bhune.

  3. 3

    Ab milk add Kere boil aane de grind makhane bhi add kere.

  4. 4

    Rice ke cook hone and kheer thick hone tak pakaye elaichi powder and nuts dal ke mix sugar add kere

  5. 5

    Kheer thick hone per flame off Kar de

  6. 6

    Chironji and makhane se garnish Kar serve kere.
