Heathy snacks for my wife and I. And can even be a meal replacement bar for her. We have been on a lifestyle change to better our health. Trying to do more organic and no processed food. We feel great. We have lost since March between the both of us over 120 pounds!!!!

  1. 1/2 cupPistachios
  2. 1/4 cupPumpkin seeds
  3. 1/2 cupAlmonds
  4. 1/4 canGoji berries
  5. 1/2 cupCashews
  6. 1/4 cupDark chocolate covered blueberries
  7. 1/4 cupDark chocolate covered pomegranate
  8. 1/4 cupDried cherries
  9. 1/4 cupDried cranberries
  10. 1 1/2 cupOrganic rolled oats
  11. 1 cupRaw local honey
  12. 2 tbspFlax seeds
  13. 2 tbspChia seeds
  14. 1 dashHimalayan sea salt
  15. 1 mediumZest of orange

Steps

    Roughly chopped up almonds and cashews add to bowl

  2. 2

    Chop up dark chocolate covered blueberries and pomegranates roughly add to bowl

  3. 3

    Add all other nuts and seeds to bowl mix togeather

  4. 4

    Add all the dried berries mixed together

  5. 5

    Add the organic rolled oats and mix together

  6. 6

    And the one zest of orange to bowl

  7. 7

    Add the honey to the bowl(wash hands real good before doing this)

  8. 8

    Lined pan with parchment paper pour contents into pan (8x12). Spread evenly

  9. 9

    Pre heat oven to 350°F bake for 20 min.

  10. 10

    Take out parchment paper and let cool for 20 min

  11. 11

    With the excess parchment paper on the sides spread out thinner and square off edges put in fridge for 30 minutes

  12. 12

    Cut into even squares and refrigerate and enjoy within one week
