  1. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. 1/4 cupbuttermilk
  4. 2 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 1 mediumchopped cabbage
  8. 1 mediumcarrot
  9. 2 tbspminced onion
  10. 1 1/2 tbspwhite vinegar
  11. 1/3 cupsugar granulate

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper in a large bowl, and beat until smooth. Add the cabbage, carrots and onion, and mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
