first, you'll want to put the beef broth on low for about an hour, to condense

finely chop garlic and onions and saute in olive oil

thinly slice the beef, i usually just get a few steaks

boil pasta, i enjoy using farfalle, but any pasta of your choice.

add beef to onion garlic mixture, cook until beef is completely cooked
- 6
add sour cream and beef broth to the beef mixture
- 7
after the pasta is throughly cooked, drain and add to beef mixture
- 8
enjoy!
