Ingredients

48 servings
  • 3/4 cupSoftened butter
  • 3/4 cupWhite sugar
  • 3/4 cupLight brown sugar
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cupFlour
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 3/4 tspGround cinnamon
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 3/4 cupRolled oats
  • 1 cupRaisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually best into butter mix. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets

  3. 3

    Bake 8 - 10 min in preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool completely
