  • vegetables
  • 1celery
  • 1tomatoes
  • 1radishes
  • 1fennel
  • 1zucchini
  • 1yellow pepper
  • 2 largeboneless chickenbreast
  • sauce
  • 2eggs
  • 100 mlchickenbroth
  • 1 tbspsourcream
  • topping
  • 1parsley
  • 1roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1cheese

Steps

1 hour 20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut everything to bitsize pieces.

  2. 2

    Use vegetable off the season and add what you prefer.

  3. 3

    Roast everything in pan with olive oil. Take steps, dont overload the pan.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 200℃

  5. 5

    Bake for 40 minutes, add parsley an seeds for crunchiness. Enjoy.

  6. 6

    Mix sauce ingredient and pour everThing in a large casserole. Add cheese.

  7. 7

    Add parsley and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
