Ingredients

30 mins
1 serving
  • 1 mediumAngel Fish Fillet (Or any Fish of your choice)
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tspThyme
  • 1 tspMixed Italian Herbs
  • 1Lemom
  • 1Salt&Pepper To Taste
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 2 tbspOlive Oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Season Fillet with Salt &Pepper

  2. 2

    Mix Herbs with Lemon Juice and Garlic and dress the fillet. Allow to Marinade for 30mins.

  3. 3

    Heat the Olive Oil and Butter in and pan.

  4. 4

    Place Fillet skin side down and cook while pouring hot oil and butter over the top of the of the fish for 7 Minutes.

  5. 5

    Flip over an additional 3 Minutes and serve with sides of your choice. (Green Salad and Spicy Rice shown in pic)
