Ingredients

12 servings
  • 8hash brown patties, frozen
  • 6eggs
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspground mustard
  • 1/4 tspground black pepper
  • 6 slicecrispy cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cupcheddar cheese, divided
  • 3green onions, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Place hash browns in a single layer in greased 9X13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake 20 minutes or until brown, turning hash browns after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.

    Reduce oven to 350°F.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs in a large bowl with whisk. Add milk, sour cream, garlic powder, mustard, & pepper. Mix well. Stir in bacon, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, & onions. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

    Bake 40-50 minutes or until center is set and the edges are golden brown.
