10 gramsdried yeast
400 gramsplain flour
220 mlwarm milk
25 gramsmelted butter
1egg
45 gramscaster sugar
1salt

mix yeast with flour +water

mix all ingredients into food processer at medium speed for 10min
3

put in an oiled baol for about 1hr until double in size
4

cut them into cookie doughnats and left aside for 20 min
