Boil the milk. Switch off the gas and pour lemon juice slowly slowly.

Chena will be ready.strain it in a cotton cloth.put some cold water on it.

Squeeze the water with soft hand and hang it with tap for 30 min.

Pour it in a plate and knead it for 10-15 min till it becomes soft.Make small balls from it.

Take a pan and put 2 glass of water. Add sugar.After 5 min add balls.cover with lid.

For 3 min gas should be at high flame. Then slow the flame and cook 7-8 min.

Rasgulla will be ready. Wait till it become cold. Serve in a bowl.
