  1. 2099% fat free ground turkey
  2. 2 cupFrozen Cut Green Beans, Defrosted
  3. 2 tspMinced Garlic
  4. 2 tspCorn Starch
  5. 1Salt & Pepper
  6. 6 tbspHoisin Sauce
  7. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  8. 1 tbspRed Pepper Flakes
  9. 1 tbspWhite Sugar
  10. 1 tbspSiracha
  11. 2 tbspVegetable Oil

  1. 1

    In a small bowl combine hoisin, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes & siracha.

  2. 2

    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle ground turkey with salt, pepper & corn starch. Add to pan & cook until meat is no longer pink.

  4. 4

    Add green beans & garlic to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until beans are heated through.

  5. 5

    Add hoisin mixture to the pan & stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low & simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice.
