Ingredients

  • 2 stickmargarine
  • 2 1/2 cupflour, plain
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 tspbutternut flavoring
  • 5 cupnuts, chopped (pecans)
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar (or Splenda)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 15 ozraisins (1 box)
  • 8 ozcherries (red, candied)
  • 8 ozcherries, candied (green)
  • 8 ozpineapple, candied

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop 3 candied fruits into small bits

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients

  3. 3

    Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased pan.

  4. 4

    Flatten with fork

  5. 5

    Bake 13 minutes at 350°F
