Sweet, spicy, savory and filling. Add sliced portabella mushrooms to up the veggie content.

In a small bowl combine hoisin, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes & siracha.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

Sprinkle ground turkey with salt, pepper & corn starch. Add to pan & cook until meat is no longer pink.

Add green beans & garlic to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until beans are heated through.

Add hoisin mixture to the pan & stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low & simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Serve over rice.
