Potatoe chicken and broccoli mix!

Steps

First you want to wash your potatoes, and then cut them into little squares or whatever shape you prefer. Make sure they are at least no more than 1/2 an inch thick or it will take longer to cook.

Next take about 3 tablespoons of olive oil plus your ingredients ( except the onions) and mix it into a large bowl. Then set it to the side.

Now heat your skillet to mid hi and brown your onions to your satisfaction. Once they are browned add your potatoe mix and make sure all the oil in the bowl go in also, because I'm sure the onions probly used quite a bit. Lower your heat just a tad bit so they won't stick.

Add a lid for faster cooking, but randomly stirring until your potatoes are tender

Once they are tender and you want a little crisp remove the lid turn the heat back up to mid high and brown them to your satisfaction.

To add a little spice i add pepper flakes or Tony Chachere.
