Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°

Spray a pan with olive oil.

Mix the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and chili powder together.

For extra spice, you can try adding hot sauce (Frank's or sriracha) and/or the seeds from the jalapeno to the cream cheese mixture.

Beat the egg with the milk and place the flour, panko, and egg-milk mixture each in a shallow bowl.

Cut each jalapeno in half, length wise and de-seed.

Stuff the cream cheese mixture in each half jalapeno.

Cover the stuffed jalapeno with flour.

Dunk and cover with the egg-milk mixture.

Dunk and cover with panko

Place the covered jalapenos on the oiled pan.

Cook for 35 minutes @ 360°
