Ingredients

  1. 2 packagesCream Cheese
  2. 1 ozPkg Ranch Dip Mix
  3. 2/3 canBeer
  4. 2 cupShredded Cheddar

  1. 1

    Combine cheeses and dip mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency

  2. 2

    Garnish with green onion and additional cheddar. Serve with pretzels, frito's or vegetables
