Ingredients

  • 16 ozMild Italian Sausage
  • 8 ozCream Cheese
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 2 tbspParsley
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 dashPepper 1/8teaspoon
  • 48 eachMushroom Caps
  • 1/2 cupShredded Parmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 450

  2. 2

    Cook and drain sausage

  3. 3

    In blender mix cream cheese, garlic, parsley, pepper and lemon juice. Blend til smooth.

  4. 4

    Fill caps with sausage, top with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with parmesan

  5. 5

    Bake 8-10 minutes til lightly brown
