  • 100 gmsaloo
  • 100 gmsmotor
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspjeera
  • 3greenchillis
  • pieceginger
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • as per tastesalt
  • half tbsp haldi
  • half tbspdhania powder
  • 1 tbspgarmasala powder
  • 3chopped tamatoes
  • 1tbsp kaju powder

    In a kadhaiee put oil then jeera then aloo then grate ginger on it.
