Ingredients

  1. 8tomates verdes grandes
  2. 1ajo
  3. 1/4cebolla
  4. 2chiles serranos
  5. 1raja de canela
  6. 2clavos
  7. 100 gramspepitas de calabaza
  8. 30 gramsajonjoli
  9. 1hoja grande de lechuga
  10. 1caldo de pollo
  11. 1Sal al gusto

Steps

  1. 1

    Licua los tomates, chiles, el ajo y la cebolla en un poco de caldo de pollo. Frie esta mezcla en un chorrito de aceite caliente y deja que hierva por 10 minutos. Sazona con sal.

  2. 2

    Mientras licua las pepitas, el ajonjoli, los clavos y la canela en otro poco de caldo, de modo que este espeso pero no demasiado. Agrega esto a la cacerola integrando bien todo. Deja que hierva por otros 10 minutos moviendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue.

  3. 3

    Por ultimo licua la lechuga y vacia esto en la cacerola revolviendo bien. Retira del fuego cuando empiece a hacer ojitos.

  4. 4

    Sirve sobre pollo o carne de puerco en trocitos.
