Spicy Meat Sauce for Homemade Pasta

Since this is fresh pasta, I tried adding a spicy flavor for more punch! You can also enjoy the meat sauce as is.

Be careful not to burn the chili pepper! In order to make it aromatic start with the oil still cold! Since there's already salt in the fresh pasta you don't have to add any when boiling! Recipe by Setsu-1 grand prix
