1/2 cupGround peanuts
1 cubeChicken stock or salt to taste

Boil water pour in the bowl then add mopane that process help to drain sand from mopane worms

Pour half cup of cold water in a sauce pan bring to boil take out mopane put into the boiling water add salt or chicken stock
3

Add peanuts into the boiling water with mopane and let it simmer for 5 minutes
