1 bagchocolate chips (large
1 cuppeanut butter
13 ozbox of chex or crispix

Melt margerine and chocolate chips in double broiler.

Stir in peanut butter.

Pour mixture over crispix. Toss mixture in powdered sugar to coat. Let cool in pan.
