Ingredients

  • 2 lbstew meat
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 3 ozmushrooms
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 largeonion (chopped)
  • 2 tspflour
  • 1/2 cupcelery (chopped)
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 8 oztomatoe sauce
  • 1 tspworchestershire suce

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown stew meat in bottom of pan.

  2. 2

    Add onion and garlic, saute with meat. Add rest of ingredients.

  3. 3

    Transfer mixture to a greased casserole pan. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 90 minutes. Serve over rice.
