Ingredients

18 servings
  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1/2 cupshortening
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  5. 2 tspvanilla
  6. 10 ozwhite choclate, chopped
  7. 1egg
  8. 1 3/4 cupflour
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 cupmacadamia nuts chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix butter and shortening.

  2. 2

    Add sugars, beating until light and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Stir flour, soda, and salt, add to mixture.

  4. 4

    Blend in vanilla, stir in chocolate and nuts.

  5. 5

    Drop large tablespoons, 3" apart, on cookie sheet. Bake 350°F for 10-11 minutes.
