4 servings

1 lbboneless chicken
3 1/2 tbspoil
2 tspcornstarch
Sauce
3 tbspsesame seed paste
2 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspsesame seeds
1 tbspsesame oil
1 tbspbroth or water
1 tbspdry sherry
1 tspchile sauce

Steps

1

Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Toss chicken in cornstarch. Heat oil in wok & when hot, add chicken. Stir fry & remove chicken from wok.

Stir sauce ingredients into remaining oil. Cook 1 minute.

Return chicken to the sauce mixture in wok & stir fry until hot.
