Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6eggs
  • 1/2 lbmushrooms (white button, porcini, girolles, etc...)
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1fresh or fried herbs(chives, parsley, basil, etc...)
  • 1Any seasonings inluding sal and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat both eggs whites and yolks together.

  2. 2

    Mix in thinly sliced mushrooms and minced garlic clove.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Im frying pan, cook over low heat until the liquid becomes firm.

  5. 5

    Turn the omlet on both sides until done.

  6. 6

    Serve and sprinkle with herbs.
