Wash sama rice and sago soak them for 4-5 hours

Grind it to the paste in a mixer

Add curd to it and keep it for 4-5 hours for fermentation

Now add sendha namak and prepare dosas

For masala heat little oil crackle cumin seeds turmeric powder green chilli boiled potatoes and rock salt cook for 4-5 minutes

For chutney add coriander leaves green chilli rock salt ginger prepare chutney in a mixer
