Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsunsalted butter
  2. 200 gramsdemerara sugar
  3. 200 gramshoney
  4. 400 gramsporridge oats
  5. 50 gramsmixed nuts/seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Put the butter, sugar, and honey in a saucepan and heat, until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.

    Add the oats and nuts/seeds and mix well.

  3. 3

    Transfer the oat mixture to a prepared cake tin and spread to about 2cm (¾in) thick.

  4. 4

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 15-20 minutes.
